MARKETMEN FINISH 2025 WITH DERBY WIN
Needham Market recorded their first league away victory at Leiston since 2004, with a 1-0 win to jump back up to fourth. WELCOME TO NEEDHAM JAMIE MAUGE
Needham Market are delighted to announce the loan signing of forward Jamie Mauge from Ipswich Town. Jamie joined Town's Academy from the Marketmen, and has previous senior football experience, with a loan at Bury Town in January 2025. HARSH DEFEAT FOR MARKETMEN
Needham Market's final home game of 2025 ended in a 3-1 defeat to fellow promotion chasers Harborough Town. Dan Morphew and Seth Chambers returned to the starting eleven, as Academy midfielder Kell Fiddy - and made his first team debut late on - took Brad Smith's place on the bench. The Under-18s conclude 2025 with a trip to AFC Sudbury on Thursday (8pm). On Saturday, Tom Rothery's First Team welcome second placed Harborough Town to Bloomfields, in their final home game of the calendar year (3pm). MARKETMEN PICK UP POINT ON PENULTIMATE AWAY GAME OF 2025
Needham Market picked up a point on the road, after a goalless draw at 12th placed Banbury United. SUFFOLK PREMIER CUP UPDATE
Needhams re-arranged Suffolk Premier Cup quarter-final game with Leiston will be played on Tuesday 6th of January 2026 with a 7.45pm kick-off at The Flannery Stadium. The winners will play Bury Town in the semi-finals of the competition after Friday's draw.

A WIN AWAY FROM HOME FOR NEEDHAM MARKET WOMEN
Needham Market have bounced back to winning ways in the league after a 2-0 victory over lowly Southend United on a horrible winter’s day in Essex. Needham Market fell to a third home league defeat of the season, dropping a place to fourth after a 3-0 home defeat to Quorn, who leapfrog their hosts. NEEDHAM EXIT LEAGUE CUP TO PREMIER DIVISION SIDE HARPENDEN
Needham Market valiantly bowed out of the Eastern Regional League Cup 4-3 in a scintillating match against Premier Division Harpenden Town. Needham Market recorded their second win within a week following a hard fought 1-0 home win over Alvechurch. A first half clinical strike from Ryan Miles was the difference with little less of note. Needham Market have suffered back-to-back league defeats at home after succumbing to league leaders Hastag United Reserves 6-2 on a chilly day in Suffolk.
