Needham Market are delighted to confirm it's Management Team for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
Manager Tom Rothery, who took on the role in early February and has been at the club since rejoining in 2019, will remain in charge, with Nathan Munson also continuing as Assistant Manager and Goalkeeping Coach.
Patrick Brothers will take on the role of Head Coach, with James Lambert staying on as the club's Physiotherapist.
The club would also like to welcome former professional footballer Darren Oxbrow, who joins as the club's new Kit Manager.
Rothery said, "It’s really pleasing to secure all the management team and add a Kitman. In truth there were no hard negotiations everyone wants to be part of the club and I’m really pleased that they all want to be part of it and help try and build success for Needham Market FC.
"Munno is somebody I’ve worked with for nearly 10 years now and he’s somebody I really respect and trust. We have a very similar moral compass, he has great football knowledge and since becoming assistant he’s added a real calm, authoritative air to the changing room."
"Patch has been superb since he’s returned to the club. Obviously really disappointingly for him his leg hasn’t repaired how we’d have hoped but that negative has been turned into a positive for the lads and they’ve love what he brings to the training pitch. It’s great to have that tight link with the players and management and my relationship with him as a player was excellent and that’s only strengthened since he’s become part of the management team.
"The addition of James as physio was a real boost, straight away he added something to the overall package and the players have certainly benefited from his approach in prevention and recovery to injuries. Again a real calm and assured approach which has been greatly received.
"The introduction of Darren is a huge boost personally to take some weight of my shoulders but also to add that level of professionalism for the players and allow all staff and players to focus on their roles. Darren an ex-pro and good non-league player has an eye for detail and will be a huge addition in our changing room.
"On top of all the match day staff I’m really pleased that we will be working with strength & conditioning coach Ben Mendrys who will be working with the players at training. This will be a great asset to the team and I’m really looking forward to seeing what Ben will offer and add to us."
