Needham Market's Emirates FA Cup ended with a 3-0 defeat to St Albans City.
Kevin Horlock's side made two changes to the previous week, with Luke Ingram and Kyle Hammond starting in place of injured Northampton Town loanee Josh Tomlinson and Jacob Lay, the latter whom dropped to the bench. Jayden Ashbourne, Marcus Garnham and Cameron Jessup returned to the bench in place of Harley Curtis.
The Marketmen had the more of the possession but were unable to make it count, although the hosts went close in the fifth minute, a right wing cross found Luke Ingram leap highest at the far post, whose glancing header went narrowly wide.
St Albans then drew a routine save out of goalkeeper Danny Cullum two minutes later, Jeffers found space to fire a low shot at goal, on the turn, but it was straight at Cullum.
Great hold up play from Jamie McGrath saw the forward spin under pressure on the box and deliver a dangerous cross towards Seth Chambers, on his 100th club appearance, insidecthe six yard box, albeit goalkeeper Johnson intercepted possession in the tenth minute.
The visitors then shot wide soon after, before taking the lead as Gio Rasulo curled a shot into the top far corner from inside the box on 16 minutes.
Needham looked to respond, by again having the majority of the ball, although the away side doubled their lead eleven minutes later, as Jeffers headed home a left wing cross into the near corner from close range.
Ingram meanwhile fired a shot over on 38 minutes, before captain Keiran Morphew bravely blocked Zane Banton's shot a minute later.
Danny Cullum however was alert to brilliantly punch away a left wing cross into the danger area on 41 minutes, before Jeffers saw a shot in space cannon back into play off the angle of post and crossbar two minutes later.
Horlock's side responded by withdrawing Ingram and Chambers for Adam Mills and Jacob Lay at the interval, as Needham continued to control possession.
However, it was again the away side who struck with their next attack just after the hour mark, Jeffers again the scorer - this time finding the bottom far corner.
Needham then replaced Jake Dye, Ben Hunter and Tevan Allen with Jayden Ashbourne, Dylan Williams and Ollie Fraser before having the last notable chance of the game in the 80th minute, though Adam Mills' ferocious low shot was well held by the diving keeper.
