Match report
The Marketmen leave it late to sneak 2-1 victory

Kingstonian were todays visitors at Bloomfields and in a rather lacklustre first half they had the better of the few chances. With 20 minutes on the clock they struck the woodwork and Needhams Danny Gay was the busiest of the two keepers.

Given their earlier attacks it was little surprise when Youssef Bamba broke the deadlock on 37 minutes. Bambas fine strike from distance going in via the help of the crossbar.

Half Time: Needham Market 0-1 Kingstonian

Luke Ingram added another goal to his impressive league season as he equalised for the hosts with 13 minutes remaining. Substitute John Sands through ball was lashed home by Ingram into the bottom corner when wide of the goal.

But Kingstonian were to be denied a point deep into the last minute of injury time. Ingram was fouled in the penalty area and Sands sent goalkeeper Rob Tolfrey in the opposite direction from 12 yards on 94 minutes.

Kingstonian kicked off and referee West blew the final whistle. The result ensures Needham remain in second place.
