Please find below Meeting dates for the forthcoming 2011 / 2012 Season a agreed.
1st Meeting MONDAY 3rd OCTOBER 2011
2nd Meeting MONDAY 5th DECEMBER 2011
3rd Meeting MONDAY 6th FEBRUARY 2012
4th Meeting MONDAY 2nd APRIL 2012
AGM SUNDAY 1st JULY 2012 - PROVISIONAL DATE
The above meetings are those scheduled for the year as agreed at our last Committee Meeting. However should the occasion arise when any additional meetings are required throughout the year, these will be arranged accordingly and all members of the committee will be informed.
All meetings will start at 7:30pm. Please try and attend as many of these meetings as possible, so your opinions on issues you may have can be heard by the committee and discussed.
PLEASE COULD YOU INFORM ME PRIOR TO THESE MEETINGS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND.

AGM and Committee Vacancies

The club will be holding its AGM at the Bloomfields clubhouse on Sunday 3rd July with a 10.30am start.
We also have a few vacancies on the Club Committee. If anyone is interested in getting involved in the club or would like to become a member of the General Committee please would you see either Nick Francis or Mark Easlea.
