If we are successful against Daventry the next round will see us at home against Great Yarmouth, Norwich United or Godmanchester Rovers or AFC Kempston Rovers

 

For the first time ever Needham will be competing in the FA Trophy against teams from the higher levels of the Non League pyramid, so no longer can we expect to get close to Wembley as we have done in the FA Vase. We start with a home fixture on Saturday 2nd October against Hitchin Town who were pipped by Bury Town to the Zamaretto title last season so another tough tie in prospect and if we win that another home tie against Lowestoft Town awaits us.

 

If the club is to enjoy the same success in the FA Trophy as experienced in the FA Vase then the team will have to be at the peak of its form and show the same level of commitment shown in our last game.
